Returns Policy

We hope you love your new Amelia Scott piece, however, if you are unhappy with your order you can return it within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. Please note that we are unable to process exchanges. 

If you wish to return your order please contact hello@amelia-scott.com with your name and order number and we will send you a returns authorisation number and postage details.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or personalised items, unless they are faulty. 

When returning your order, please ensure all items are repackaged in all of the original packaging they arrived with. We cannot offer refunds on pieces that arrive back to us with visible signs of wear or with missing parts.

We recommend returning your items using a tracked or signed for service to ensure its your items arrive safely. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please retain your parcel’s tracking number in case there should be any issues.

Refunds will be processed within 8 working days of our receipt of the return. Once we have processed your refund, you will be automatically notified via email. Refunds will only be credited to the original purchaser’s payment card. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account. Please note, shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the items are faulty.
